Responsible for renovating over 60 + apartments, we reveled in the opportunity to add a touch of modern charm, a hint of timeless elegance, and a bright, breezy ambiance to the Manhattan skyline.

 Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Olson Kundig, this condominium epitomizes subtle sophistication. Transforming sweeping, open-plan spaces into thoughtfully designed, intimate nooks, we brought together intricate workmanship and meticulous furniture selections, offering  

  This renovation encapsulates one word: Innovation. Deploying our in-house creatives, visionaries, and pioneers to 520 West 28th Street, better known as the Zaha Hadid Building, we set out to create something that had never been done before. The result? Curved lines, asymmetric features, and an overriding futuristic feel.

Located at the corner of Warren and River Terrace in Battery Park City, originally completed in 1999.  New York’s most serene waterfront neighborhood.
