35 Hudson Yards is undeniably one of New York’s most iconic architectural landmarks. Tasked with renovating 45 plus apartments – and counting – each space offers a sanctuary-like, hotel-esque feel, in contrast to the hustle and bustle of the streets of New York below.
Simply put, these apartments encapsulate city living: cosmopolitan sophistication, vibrant features, and spaces that ooze a sense of adventure. Responsible for renovating over 60 + apartments, we reveled in the opportunity to add a touch of modern charm, a hint of timeless elegance, and a bright, breezy ambiance to the Manhattan skyline.
Taking advantage of the abundance of natural light, carving exceptional entertainment zones, and weaving the curved dimensions through our designs, we took 30+ Lantern House apartments, and injected them with the high-end, muted-tone interiors we adore.
This renovation encapsulates one word: Innovation. Deploying our in-house creatives, visionaries, and pioneers to 520 West 28th Street, better known as the Zaha Hadid Building, we set out to create something that had never been done before. The result? Curved lines, asymmetric features, and an overriding futuristic feel.
Built in 2003, the Time Warner Center is the keystone of Columbus Circle''s transformation into perhaps the most glamorous destination in Manhattan.
